To make technical support easier, we're using a program that allows us to see what the user is doing while troubleshooting problems over the phone. To make sure we can do this with your system, download and install the following application:

• TeamViewer QS (exe file - 1 Mb)
• TeamViewer QS (zip file - 1 Mb)
